Shipping And Returns

SHIPPING POLICY 

Domestic Orders:  All domestic shipping is free and shipped via USPS.  We package and ship all orders within 2-4 days of your order being placed.  If you need your order expedited or have some special shipping requirements, please let us know and we will try to accommodate your request.

International Orders:  All international shipments are shipped by USPS or UPS. Customers placing international orders take all responsibility for any customs and duties that may be incurred with their shipment.  Please confirm with your country to understand what taxes might possibly apply to your shipment.  With internationally shipped orders, the customer takes full responsibility for all shipments and its contents including loss and damage.

RETURNS

In the microscopically slim chance you are not completely satisfied with your knife, please let us know and we will try our best to resolve the issue.  If we can't make it right we will issue a refund upon return of the knife. Just reach out to us at contact@mattiaborrani.com so we can best assist you.  Returns are accepted, as long as they are made within 14 days of the delivery date and the knife is in new condition with no visible wear. The cost of shipping will not be refunded.
